RMK MARINE HAS SUCCESSFULLY LAUNCHED ENERGY STOCKHOLM

RMK MARINE has successfully launched Energy Stockholm (NB127), an LNG Bunker Tanker, with a cargo capacity of 8.000 m³, being built for LNG Shipping (a joint venture company of Sogestran Shipping and Victrol) on 7th July 2023, following the completion of the hull construction process on slipway.

At this important and meaningful event, in which she met the blue water for the first time, Mr. Gürkan TÜRKEŞ - CEO of RMK MARINE, Mrs. Claire WRIGHT – GENERAL MANAGER, COMMERCIAL SHIPPING & STRATEGY at SHELL and Mr. David PATRON - COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR OF SOGESTRAN, expressed their satisfaction for ongoing process in their speeches and thanked all those who made contributions.

It was remarked that the NB127 project will also be successfully continued with the outfitting activities alongside the RMK’s outfitting pier in the following period. After conducting the harbor and sea trials, the ship will take her place in the prestigious reference projects of RMK MARINE with its turn-key delivery
